II KINGS 17:1-7

“Lessons From Time-Outs”

Introduction-

There are four lessons God wants us to learn from time-outs

1. GOD’S PROTECTION- vv. 2-3- God Can Take Care Of Us
2. GOD’S PROVIDENCE- vv. 4 & 6- God Is In Complete Control Of The Situation
3. GOD’S PROVING- vv. 5&7- God Delights In Testing Us
4. GOD’S PREPARATION- God Is Concerned That We Are Adequately Prepared For Ministry To Others

Conclusion-

The time-out at Cherith was not wasted- God was doing a lot!
